Description
Villa ‘Stormvogel’ is a beautiful stand-alone villa built on the former historical plantation of Rif Saint Marie, near the village of Saint Willibrordus. It suits a maximum of six people. The villa is designed by Dutch designer Jan des Bouvrie and has a colorful tropical garden and a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Sliding doors give direct access to the porch with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. The porch has a dining table and lounge area to relax and enjoy the climate fully. Because of the way this villa is situated, on an elevated part of the resort, there’s always a pleasant sea breeze.
When you walk a few steps down from the porch, you’ll reach the second terrace with a large private pool (10x4x1.60 metres) with comfortable sun beds. This pool has a unique design; the rim of the pool is interrupted to offer an unblocked view of the sea. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
Villa Stormvogel has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has sea view and a bathroom en-suite. The front of the villa has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have two single beds and air-conditioning.
The living room is comfortable and had a large dining area. Sit back on the couch or the comfy chairs and watch TV on the flat-screen television with 61 (international) channels. In the living room is a telephone for free local calls.
The kitchen is equipped with, amongst other things, a ceramic stove, oven and microwave. In the pantry, you’ll find a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Villa ‘Stormvogel’ is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. At Coral Estate Centre, you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karakter’, rooftop bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.

Alles was vanaf het boeken t/m de laatste vakantie dag perfect geregeld! (Een dikke pluim voor het Coral Estate Rentals Team) De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien & het uitzicht was geweldig
Perfect stay, outstanding view

This is the sixth time at Coral Estate and the first time at villa 606, because we had a baby joining us for the first time. At our request a baby bed and child seat was provided. Especially the outside space is very large, compared to other villa's at the park, resulting in an outstanding view of the sea. Very attractive for baby's is the shade provided at the seaside. The kitchen was also very good equipped.
After 16:00 until sunset there is hardly no escape from the sun possible. I would suggest at the street side in the garden a few chairs and a table.

Clean, comfortable villa. Modern appliances. Large pool compared to others in Coral Estates. Management company extremely responsive when questions or issues arose - both before arrival and during our time in the villa. Check-in and check out very straightforward.
No screen on front door, so did get moths in the villa between the front door slats.
Thank you so much for your super rating! And yes, we did have a few weeks in which we did have moths in all villas.....must have something to do with the rain; nobody could explain that. But a screen is a good suggestions anyhow, which we will suggest to the home owners.

Beter kan bijna niet

Vanaf het eerste contact over een mogelijk boeking tot en met het vertrek alles zeer klantvriendelijk. De villa zelf ligt fantastisch, uitzicht is fenomenaal, zwembad voor de veranda, keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, bedden liggen prima, 2 badkamers... Ook ligt er direct naast het huis een oud trappetje, waardoor je in 5 (bergaf) tot 10 (terug) minuten naar Karakter en de zee kan lopen.
Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Enige vervelende is de dagelijkse ochtendboodschap die de leguanen op de rand van het zwembad achterlaten. Al heeft zelfs dat z'n charme.
Heel veel dank voor uw prachtige review en uw mooie complimenteuze woorden! Wordt heel erg gewaardeerd.
Jammer inderdaad dat u dagelijks bezoek heeft gehad maar fijn dat u daar ook weer zijn charme van kan inzien;-)

Uitzicht prachtig, ligging op park prima, fijn weggetje tussendoor naar beneden, genoeg benodigdheden in huis(borden/glazen.
Vaatwasser is een oudje. Veel extra afgewassen met de hand. Poepende leguanen bij het zwembad. We hebben dagelijks poep geruimd, nodigde niet uit voor een frisse duik in de ochtend.

Wat de leguanen betreft is het jammer dat zij u net bezocht hebben in de periode dat u daar verbleef...we kunnen ons voorstellen dat dat niet prettig voor u was. De natuur is helaas niet altijd voorspelbaar;-) Van andere gasten hebben we dit niet terug gehoord maar we zullen het blijven monitoren en de gasten informeren dat ze ons altijd kunnen vragen om hulp. Met afwassen, schoonhouden, wegjagen....we helpen u uiteraard graag om een fijne vakantie te hebben.
